No. Moving and labor are priced on crew size, time, travel and scope; junk removal on volume, material and disposal. Two jobs that sound identical on paper often aren’t, so we quote them individually.
There’s no single blanket minimum across every service. What makes a job worth running changes with the type of work, the distance and the crew it takes. Ask about yours rather than assuming it’s too small.
We aim to speak to you the same day. Texting is usually fastest, and it’s the way most of our customers prefer to deal with us.

Anywhere in Virginia. We’re based in Central Virginia and most of our work is around Richmond, but we’ve done moves across the state and we’ll quote a long-distance move inside Virginia the same as a local one.

No. Packing and unpacking aren’t services we offer. We’ll load, move, unload, and take furniture apart and put it back together.
We’ll move it or take it away, but we won’t disconnect it. Plumbing and electrical work isn’t something we touch — have it disconnected before we arrive and we’ll handle the rest.
Yes. Disassembly and reassembly are part of a move, and we do assembly as standalone labor too.
Yes, and we have. On a large Richmond move we worked a house that still had designers, contractors and trades in it, which meant protecting finished surfaces and placing furniture around other crews rather than just putting boxes down.
Estate cleanouts, whole-home and garage cleanouts, storage units, commercial spaces, construction debris, furniture and appliances.
On volume, what the material is, what it costs to dispose of it properly, and the shape of the job overall. A packed garage and a half-full one aren’t the same price.
Very little, but hazardous material, unusually heavy items and specialty jobs get looked at individually — some need equipment or licensing that has to be arranged first. Ask and we’ll tell you straight away.
Light, non-structural tear-out: cabinets, shelving, small interior work, sheds and decks. Anything structural is a separate conversation and a separate quote.
Yes, including estates. Those usually take a day or more and get quoted on site or from photos.
Junk removal centers on Central Virginia — Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, New Kent and around. We’ll go further when a cleanout is big enough to fill the day.
Local cabinet, millwork and furniture companies. The large outfits already run their own fleets; smaller firms end up pulling installers off an install to go and collect product. That’s the job we take over.
Liftgate trucks, pallet jack, POD collection, checklist verification against the paperwork, inside delivery and full white-glove delivery.
Yes. Ongoing accounts are the work we’re building this department around, and a regular route gets priced differently from a one-off run.
Central Virginia is the base. Statewide and further is on the table depending on the account and the project.
You send us the shipment details in advance. We receive and verify what arrives, assign it to your project, inspect it if you’ve asked us to, label and store it, tell you it’s in, and then deliver it on the date you want.
Only what you tell us to. You choose which items get inspected and which stay sealed — we don’t unwrap anything you didn’t ask us to.
We photograph it, write up the condition, and send you everything you need for the vendor or the carrier. Filing the claim stays with you — we don’t run it on your behalf.
In our own 3,200 square foot climate-controlled warehouse on Sanford Drive in Richmond, with a loading dock. It isn’t a rented unit somewhere else.
The first 30 days are free. After that it moves to a monthly rate.
We carry $50,000 of coverage on goods in the warehouse, and we can raise it when a project calls for more.
Scheduled delivery, placement in the room, assembly where it’s needed, and taking all the packaging away with us.
No — and that’s the point. Every crew member is white-glove trained, so the standard doesn’t depend on who happens to be on the truck that day.
